About the event

The Chelsea Symphony presents the second series of its twelfth season, Sea Change, featuring Beethoven's delightful "Pastoral" Symphony. Friday's concert features soloist Alicia Furey performing Saint-Saëns' Cello Concerto No. 1. Both concerts open with a world premiere of TCS composer Aaron Dai. Round out your concertgoing experience by adding on a ticket to the NYC Wild! walk to complement the Pastoral symphony. Led by urban naturalist Keith Michael, you will revel in this pastoral urban Clove Lake Park on Staten Island and see lakes with a series of connected waterfalls and The Clove Lakes Giant - the largest tree in NYC - a towering Tulip Tree, an official Great Tree of the City of New York. More information can be found here. The walk will take place from 10a-4p on Saturday, October 28, only - don't miss this one-of-a-kind event!
